Amuseables Carole Canelé is no ordinary pastry – she’s a crème-de-la-crème craftswoman. Having traded the kitchen for a studio bench, she now spends her days shaping light itself. Her glasswork is extraordinary: glass vases that shimmer like spun sugar, sculptures that defy gravity itself...
Her friends don’t quite understand how she does it (Amuseables Brigitte Brioche thinks it must be magic), but Carole just smiles. Precision, patience and a steady hand – that’s her secret recipe.
A perfectionist at heart, she proves beauty isn’t baked: it’s beautifully made.
